1) Postage must be added to all orders. Please see chart below for rates.
2) PAYMENT:
a) Personal checks, money orders, cash (at your own risk or send registered mail), bank draft.
If you are a new customer and send a personal check, please allow 2-3 weeks. Note to foreign customers: IMO's take 4-6 weeks to reach us.
b) Credit cards. We take VISA / MASTERCARD. If you call and get the answering machine, please leave your name and address, card number, expiration date and phone number.
3) REFUND POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with any item, it can be returned for either:
a) a credit against future purchases or
b) a refund
NOTE: Please let us know which you prefer. The only thing we ask is that you send it back to us within 2 weeks of purchase. IMPORTANT: please call first and let us know you are returning it.
4) No collect calls. No C.O.D.'s
5) Sorry, but we have not figured in all items such as 45 RPM singles, EP's, and books. Call, write, fax, or e mail us for this information.

NOTE: It is too complicated to figure out postage for everything such as THE CONCERT YEARS book or the various box sets. We will determine this after you order. Also, It's advisable to order the KING OF THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD box set by AIR MAIL. However, if you want to save money, SEA (surface) MAIL is available ($7 per set in any country!) The set weighs almost 4 pounds. We advise adding $4.85 to have it registered or $1.60 to insure it......but be advised that, by declaring the actual amount of insurance on the custom form, you might be paying a high duty.
